I normally trim the completed longarm project to the edge of your outer border, though you may choose for me to leave it as is. In addition,  I can make binding with your provided fabric and apply the quilt binding, or apply prepared binding that you send with your project. I do not hand stitch bindings. If you would like me to attach the binding to the front of the quilt so you can hand stitch it, I am happy to do that as well.
